The official inauguration of Ángel Tristán Pimienta as chairman of the ULPGC Social Council to take place in the Canary Island government headquarters.
Ángel Tristán Pimienta is due to be inaugurated as the chairman of the ULPGC Social Council next Friday, 4th February, in the Canary Island government headquarters. His appointment was published in the Canary Island Official Gazette (BOC) on 3rd December last year.
Next Friday, 4th February, the Canary Island government headquarters will host the ceremony inaugurating Ángel Tristán Pimienta as the new chairman of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria’s Social Council.
The ceremony, beginning at 09:00, will include speeches from Ángel Víctor Torres, president of the Canary Island government; and Manuela Armas, regional minister for education, universities, culture and sport. Moreover, the ULPGC rector, Lluís Serra Majem; the ULPGC Social Council secretary, Miguel Ángel Acosta; and Social Council representatives will be present.
