THE SOCIAL COUNCIL´S AIMS
- The Social Council is society’s participatory body within the university. It seeks to ensure a fitting relationship between academic and research pursuits, and the intellectual, cultural, societal, scientific, economic, and employment needs of the Canary Islands.
- The Social Council is responsible for: the organisation and scheduling of services offered by the university, as well as promoting their quality and efficiency; monitoring the university’s economic activity and its management; and interacting with social and economic stakeholders.
